Ghost Stories is the debut project of 22 year old Marlo Green. The 6 song EP contains some of Marlo's oldest and most defining pieces, incorporating the introspective emotions of growing older, parting with relationships, and the weight of self-doubt. Ghost Stories is now available on all streaming platforms. Since releasing his first instrumental "lofi" track in August 2020, he has amassed over 1.6 million streams and 500 thousand listeners across all streaming platforms. Now, Marlo is shifting his energy towards his vocal guitar tracks, drawing inspiration from artists such as The Shins, Caamp, Bon Iver, and Mt. Joy. From what started out as booking intimate live shows and performing at local open-mic nights, Marlo has now completed his first ever road tour across Vancouver Island, preforming in over 15 locations to promote his debut EP "Ghost Stories". The tour was 100% self managed, planned, organized, and promoted, straight from his bedroom studio. Marlo has a resume of nearly 20 heartfelt songs, influenced by his experiences of navigating the world, that he is eager to share.
